What is Glycove?
Glycove is a diabetes diary app you can talk to. Say your blood sugar, insulin or a meal, or take a photo of your plate, and Glycove saves it with the time, estimates the carbs and answers questions such as “What was my average this week?”.
When will Glycove be available?

Does Glycove tell me how much insulin to take?
No. Glycove never recommends doses, treatment changes or targets. It records what you tell it. Follow your care team’s plan.
Which types of diabetes is Glycove for?
Glycove is built for people with type 1, type 2, gestational diabetes, prediabetes and other types, and for parents and carers who keep a diary for someone else.
Can I log by voice, text or photo?
Yes. You can talk, type or take a photo of a meal. You can also add entries with a manual form. Every saved entry can be edited or undone.
How accurate are the food and carb estimates?
They are estimates. Glycove shows the foods and portions it used so you can adjust them, and it never uses an estimate to calculate a medicine or insulin dose.
Is my data private?
Your diary is encrypted on your phone. AI features run only if you turn them on. Glycove does not sell your health information or use it for advertising.
Can parents use Glycove for a child?
Yes. A parent or carer can keep a diary for a child or someone they look after. The account holder must be an adult.
Does Glycove work with mg/dL and mmol/L?
Yes. You choose the unit your meter shows. Glycove keeps each reading in the unit it was recorded in and warns you if a number looks like it belongs to the other unit.
Can I share my records with my doctor?
Yes. Glycove prepares weekly and 30-day reports with averages, ranges and trends, and you can export them as a PDF or CSV file.
Which languages does Glycove support?
Glycove launches in English. More languages are planned.
